Welcome to LTF Recruitment. We are the only education recruitment agency in London & the Midlands who solely provide long term and permanent placements for our candidates. As part of our ongoing recruitment processes, vetting and safeguarding is the most important part of our role.

All sections below need to be answered and applications will not be processed without this being done. We understand that you may not want us to contact references at this time which is fine – we will still need the details for referees – we will not ever contact references without your consent.

We require you to evidence one option from the following sections:

• Proof of National Insurance Number – payslip, P45, NI card / letter
• Proof of Identification – passport or driver’s licence
• Qualifications – Proof of your highest qualification, normally in the form of a certificate. Or university transcript for recent graduates
• Right to Work – British passport, working VISA, residence permit and/or Share Code to prove settled status in the UK etc.
• If you are a British Citizen or Irish Citizen a link will be sent through to you shortly in a separate email in order for us to validate your Right to Work in the UK. Please follow the steps provided and complete this at your earliest convenience.
• If you are not a British or Irish citizen please upload a picture of your share code when asked during your registration process, so we can validate your Right to Work in the UK
• Proof of Address 1 – driver’s licence, bank statement, utility bill, council tax statement etc (must be dated within 3 months unless council tax letter or driving licence photo card)
• Proof of Address 2 – driver’s licence, bank statement, utility bill, council tax statement etc (must be dated within 3 months unless council tax letter or driving licence photo card)
• DBS Certificate – Must be dated within 1 year or if outside a year, on the Update Service. if you do not have a DBS we can help you apply for one
• Professional Photo – so that schools are aware of the candidates that they will be working with
